We've enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean and doesn't feel too old, has good coffee machine and decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Eco-aware and friendly personnel is also an asset
Great, simple hotel close to restaurants and a mall. Service was great and staff was very accommodating. I arrived too early and was told that my room was ready, so I could leave my luggage and answered a few emails. I will certainly stay at this hotel again in the near future. Also, this hotel is just 15 minutes away from the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport!
We stayed in a Suite, and it was very spacious! It was all one area, but it was nice to have an open living room area! Besides an occasional rattle (unsure what it was), the room was quiet! The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. Breakfast was pretty good! There are no vending machines, which is our only complaint! The “pantry area” had basically nothing, so that did not make up for the lack. It would be nice to have a pool, but we knew ahead of time that there wasn’t one!
This hotel has been recently updated as of May 2025. The only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars is because our window was covered in plastic. They were painting the exterior. I recommend this hotel.
Was such a friendly and warm welcome. Staff was so helpful with all my questions and gave great suggestions for dining out too. I would definitely recommend Best Western and if I do ever travel thru Minneapolis this would be my 1st choice to stay at. Extremely pleased with my stay.
It was overall a very easy and smooth experience. (Disappointed they didn't have a hot tube) The room was clean. The bathroom was nice. The lobby was open and had a lodge feeling to it. But the real gem was the breakfast! They had some good options. My family really enjoyed it. Pancake maker was fun. They had mandarin orange Cubs that were super tasty! The juice options were nice and very refreshing. Hot eggs and bacon. With toast! It was a good experience and given the opportunity will definitely come back.
Though our first stay here was somewhat lacking in breakfast foods, a second visit here was a great improvement. I have updated to reflect this! We were well received and settled in to a nice room on the second floor of a three story building. The staff were friendly and courteous. Because we had an early morning flight and would miss breakfast, I inquired about getting the sack lunch that evening. The night manager was quick to accommodate us and provided all we needed. Very convenient to the airport too. Rooms were clean and comfortable!
People were outstanding! We had a handicap accessible room, and for a wheelchair User and it was cramped but we were able to make it work. They really need to make those rooms available with less furniture. The location of this Best Western was perfect. It was an easy and convenient drive to Mall of America and many site seeing places that we wanted to visit! We would definitely use this Best Western again!
